IAR enjoys data-sharing partnerships with Indiana’s eight REALTOR® MLS marketplaces, creating a comprehensive source of information on existing home inventory, listings, sales and pricing and other market indicators and trends – the Indiana Housing Hub.
IAR maintains this statewide resource at the Indiana Business Research Center for the benefit of REALTORS®, policymakers and the public-at-large: Our Housing Hub is the ‘front door’ for online, on-demand access to the latest real estate market data.

The Housing Hub Includes:
Monthly Reports
Monthly housing reports for the state, metro regions and REALTOR® associations, counties and other geographies to the ZIP code level are available on the Hub after the 6th of the following month. Explore monthly totals and trends on closed and pending home sales, new listings and total inventory, median sale price, average time on market and more.
Statewide, regional and county-level data available to the public; members log in for on-demand reports for other geographies, to compare areas, access historic trend data and more.
Weekly Market Data
Each Thursday, member REALTORS® can review data from the previous week along with the current 52-week trends for the state, local associations, counties, ZIP codes and other geographies.
Other Data Tools
REALTOR® members can log in to access additional data resources, including leading indicators like price drops and immediate sales, three- and twelve-month rolling sales data,
